Fortnite Treasure Hunters is live: One Piece powers, an 80-player island and weekly Captain's Days

The new Chapter 7 mini-season (v43.00) dropped Nov 1 with Crossbones Isle, Luffy's Gum-Gum Fruit, A$AP Rocky as the first boss and a Chapter 7 finale set for Dec 5.

Fortnite's new mini-season, Treasure Hunters, went live on November 1, 2026 with update v43.00. It follows the Override season and Fortnitemares, and it's packed with One Piece content plus a new captain every week.

A smaller, pirate-themed map

The new Battle Royale island, Crossbones Isle, is built for 80-player matches instead of the usual 100. One Piece fans will recognise spots like Arlong Park and Windmill Village, and you can climb into cannons to launch yourself across the map. Hidden somewhere on it is Captain X's mega chest.

One Piece powers

Epic's announcement lists the headline items: Luffy's Gum-Gum Fruit, Ace's Flame-Flame Fruit, Zoro's Three Sword Style and Usopp's Slingshot. Luffy, Nami and Usopp skins are in the Item Shop, not the Battle Pass.

Captain's Days: new drops each week

Epic is rolling out content on "Captain's Days," when new weapons, Sprites and more hit the map:

• Nov 1: launch day. A$AP Rocky's battleship, the $.$. Rocky, arrives and he's the first boss.
• Nov 7: Lil Uzi Vert's crew arrives.
• Nov 12 and Nov 14: more drops, with Cap'n Hatsune Miku and Kasane Teto on the 14th.
• Nov 21: Oscar sails in.

"Mastery Mondays" (double Sprite XP and Sprite Dust) and "Treasure Hours" Sundays also run all season. Epic says to keep Saturday, December 5 free for the Chapter 7 end event.

Battle Pass and the Pirate Shop

According to Gaming Route's breakdown of Epic's notes, the Battle Pass costs 800 V-Bucks (or comes with Fortnite Crew). It includes Nico Robin (instant unlock) and Portgas D. Ace among its outfits and pays back 800 V-Bucks. Polygon highlights the wildest new item: a rare Pirate Shop Token found in chests that gives you two weeks of free Item Shop access.

Loot changes to know

Gold Bars are vaulted (so Follower services are free), Vending Machines are gone, and the Golden Apple now gives 40 effective health instead of 50 HP. A new Ranked season has started too. There are One Piece-themed Zoro and Buggy cups on November 6 and 13 for competitive players.
